The first assignment I chose was the “Celebrity Voicemail.” I knew this one would be a fun one to do, and I like editing celebrity voices around (plus I didn’t have to speak which was a plus). I instantly remembered one of my favorite celebrity rants: Rick Flair. The second I remembered it, I realized it would be a great answering machine. I downloaded the full interview from youtube-mp3.com, and placed it in audacity. From there, I cut out the rant part and put it first, then put him saying his name, followed by the snipped “that is all” to end it. I cut the pieces out and arranged them in order.

This was worth 2.5 stars.

The next one I chose was the nursery rhyme matchup one. I figured it would be a good challenge and I was interested in it, to do this I found a youtube video of “Hot Cross Buns” and a video of “Twinkle Little Star.” I used youtube-mp3.com to transfer them both and put them in audacity. I had “Hot Cross Buns” going first because it was actually alot cooler than I remembered it being, and put Twinkle second. I timed it so the singing started after the chorus of Hot Cross Buns, then sped it up so it seemed to flow a little better.
